A trade mark is a sign which is capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of other undertakings and which is also capable of being represented graphically.

How to use Madrid e-Filing

  1. Visit  Madrid e-Filing.
  2. Enter your WIPO Account username and password (Don’t have a WIPO Account? Create one!).
  3. Select “New application”.
  4. Select ‘BZ – Belize’ from the drop-down list of Offices.
  5. Click on ‘Import basic application or registration’.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your application.
